From coast to coast throughout the country in week four, Arizona high school football stars showcased their talents at the collegiate level.
From gutsy rivalry victories to milestone accomplishments, these four alumni stood out on the biggest stage to date in the 2025 season.
Demond Williams Jr, Washington QB (Basha)
Is it too soon to put Demond Williams Jr into Heisman trophy talks?
The superstar sophomore led the Huskies into a heated environment in Pullman looking for revenge after the Huskies were knocked off in Seattle last year by Washington State.
Williams left no doubt on Saturday night as he had the best performance of his young career so far and arguably the best in the nation in week four.
Washington dominated Washington State 59-24 behind a balanced attack from Williams that saw him complete 16/19 passes for 298 yards to go with 88 rushing yards and 5 total touchdowns.
The performance earned him Big 10 offensive player of the week and sets the Huskies up for a showdown in Seattle versus No. 1 Ohio State.
Christian Clark, Texas RB (Mountain Pointe)
The beginning of a college journey is one of joy for most athletes, however for Christian Clark, the start of his journey was marred by adversity.
Just a few months after enrolling at the University of Texas, Clark tore his achilles while prepping for his freshman season.
However, Clark did not let that set him back but rather used it as a chance to push even harder.
Entering the season, Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian spoke highly of the Mountain Pointe alum and on Saturday with injuries to both Tre Wisner and CJ Baxter, Clark made his first collegiate start.
In his first start versus Sam Houston, Clark led all Texas backs with 13 carries for 62 yards and a touchdown and also pulled in a 16-yard reception.
In all, it was a great performance for Clark who continues to carve out more of a role in the Longhorns offense as Texas inches closer to conference play.
Javen Jacobs, Utah State RB (Saguaro)
After Bronco Mendenhall left New Mexico to take the head coach job at Utah State, Javen Jacobs had his options of potential suitors in the transfer portal.
Jacobs trusted Mendenhall and followed him to Utah State and through four games has carved out a big role for the Aggies.
For the second week in a row, Jacobs found the end zone as he continues to be a heavy focal point near the goal line, and for the third week in a row, he hauled in three receptions as well showcasing his ability to be a weapon in the receiving game out of the backfield.
EJ Warner, Fresno State QB (Brophy)
The first few weeks of the season for EJ Warner were quite turnover filled and a rollercoaster from game to game as he tried to get his footing.
In the last two weeks though, Warner has found his rhythm and has led the Bulldogs on a four game winning streak including a tough victory on the road at Hawaii to open conference play.
Versus the Rainbow Warriors, Warner completed 22 passes for 230 yards and a touchdown and also led the Bulldogs on the ground with 38 yards.
